What types of projects do you cover?
We mainly support three universes: weddings, events and corporate projects. Depending on the needs, we work in photography, video, drone, or on a combined service.
Do you work in photo, video or both?
All three options are possible. Some projects only require photography, others only video, and many benefit from being designed in a complementary way to create a more coherent and complete result.
Do you only work in Geneva?
No. Kaptura is based in Geneva, but we also work elsewhere in Switzerland, in nearby France and more broadly depending on the nature of the project, the schedule and the production needs.
How does a first exchange work?
The first contact allows us to understand your needs, the context, the objectives of the project, any possible constraints and the type of result expected. This then allows us to guide you towards a suitable proposal.
Do you offer tailored quotes?
Yes. Every project receives a personalised quote based on the time required on site, the deliverables, the level of preparation, any travel involved and specific technical needs.
How long does it take to receive the images or video?
The timeframe depends on the type of project, the volume of content to process and the period. An estimated timeline is always announced in advance so that the delivery schedule is clear from the start.
Do you also create content designed for social media?
Yes. We can produce content adapted to digital uses and social media, either as a complement to a broader production or for a targeted need, with formats designed for distribution.
Can we entrust you with only a short format or a very specific need?
Yes. A service does not need to be heavy to be relevant. We can also work on targeted, short formats designed for a precise use, as long as the need is clear.
How do you work on the visual style?
We seek an elegant, readable result that is coherent with the project. The goal is not only to produce beautiful images, but accurate, sensitive and useful images that can stand the test of time.
Do you use the drone on every project?
Not systematically. The drone is used when it brings real value to the story, to the perspective of a place or to the aesthetics of the project, and when technical, regulatory and weather conditions allow it.
Is drone use always authorised?
No. Some locations or contexts require specific restrictions or authorisations. Drone use always depends on the area, the environment, flight safety and the rules applicable at the time of the shoot.
